In order to ensure a smooth and trouble-free process, we kindly ask you to download and fill out the repair order form and enclose it with your defective machine.
The "Repair order" form is intended for specialist dealers. If you as a customer send in a repair directly to us, we ask you to specify your dealer so that we can process your repair accordingly.
When transporting battery packs (18V/5.2Ah), please follow the instructions for transporting lithium-ion batteries:
